Before you go live #
When you have completed your integration testing and before we grant access to the Production environment, we will need to confirm with you a number of key points:
- Your production data and backups must be on servers located in Australia to comply with privacy laws
- Your software is only accessed by health practitioners or their authorised staff, who have logged into your software with secured access. Any results of API calls only available to those authenticated users. You can’t make API functions or responses available on a public website, or to general members of the public.
- For verifications, your software must display or otherwise handle messages and error codes in the responses.
- For each supported claim type, your software must be able to retrieve processing and payment data and display these back to the end users in a meaningful way, typically linked to the original records in your UI.
- For each supported claim type, your software must retrieve and display/store/print the appropriate Benefit Assignment/Lodgement Advice form. See the
forms
section. - For ECLIPSE claims, your software will also need to maintain an up-to-date local list of participating health funds using the
participants
endpoint. Callbacks when the list is updated are available if required. - If you are implementing Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) calls see our detailed AIR collection at https://air.claiming.com.au/
